Dr. Masaru Emoto's study on water crystals

You may already have read Dr. Emoto's book, Hidden messages in Water,
about his groundbreaking discovery of the relationships between emotions and matter. We are made primarily of water so the conclusion here is pretty evident.

Here are two videos that illustrate his findings:

After seeing these, we can understand why we are naturally drawn to people who value us, respect us and love us and naturally repelled from those who dislike or continually criticize us. What we feel is not fictional, our cells are the ones who give us signals because they are subjected to the emotions of those who surround us. So, when someone works with a boss who is obnoxious, no wonder they feel sick and tired by lunchtime, wondering how they can stand the atmosphere till the end of the work day.

It is not all in the mind, imagined. No, it is also very much in the body, experienced. "The Word became flesh" did not just happen one time in history. It happens to each of us every day- as we "become" what is said, thought, intended. We feel it in our body. If it's negative, it is called stress, feeling 'sick'. If it's positive, it's called love, acceptance, feeling 'good'..
Words, emotions create a certain reality. the question is now: "What reality do we choose?".
What words will be use toward our own self, and others? What kind of music will we listen to to enhance our mood? What kind of places do we go to to pass our time. We all know the difference between going to a beautiful park and driving through a rough neighborhood at night. Just thinking of the former, we expand, thinking of the latter, we contract. We are sensitive beings.

Through Dr. Emoto's research, we are becoming more aware of the choices we are making. By becoming more aware, we become more empowered to chose more wisely so our life may be better, more peaceful, beautiful and pleasant.

Our emotional well-being is essential for a life well-lived.
