The power of thought intention

On page 135, of his book The Emotion Code, Dr. Nelson writes: " Intention is a powerful form of thought energy. It is possible to release trapped emotions using the power of your intention alone.
I believe that the intention to release  the trapped emotion is really the most important  part of the equation."

What we forget many times is that since we are created in  the image and likeness of The Creator, our Heavenly Father/Mother. It would be logical to conclude that we  are creators too, in fact, co-creators.
There is this famous quote that always inspires me: "Life was God's gift to man. What we do with it is our gift to God." When we receive life, there is a vast field of endless possibilities we can access through the choices that are available to us.Thus , along the years, "we" are creating what our life will be.

The power of choice....How many times we forget that we have that right? How many times we forget that we are not meant to suffer endlessly in our present situation?
What does all that have to do with releasing trapped emotions? Well, emotions very much part of us but they are not us. They are like pieces of furniture in our home.  They can be moved. We, as the owner, can decide what pieces of furniture we want to keep and also those we wish to get rid of. Then, all we have to do is move the unwanted pieces. Who gives us the right to do so? As the owner, we have the right. We do not need anyone's permission.

This sounds so simple. As far as removing trapped emotions it is equally simple. As the owner, we can remove them with the power of our intention. Many think it sounds like magic. Does putting an old couch in the front yard sound like magic? No, it does not. Why would 'internal cleaning' sound so magical?
Maybe because we have believed for so long that we were not allowed to do it. We did not have the faith that it is possible, and therefore it was not.

As more and more people experience the wonderful internal transformation of having their trapped emotions released and their heartwall removed, it will be easier for the larger population to have faith in the process. There is nothing more powerful than to see a change in someone we have known for a long time.

I came across a Bible quote the other day that confirms the power of thought intention. Matthew 18-19: ""Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in Heaven."

I would like to end with this famous quote from Marianne Williamson:
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won't feel unsure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. As we let our own Light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
